Free Zone by Boffi represents the pinnacle of minimalist design for modern bathrooms. This modular system of floating bathroom units stands out for its clean lines and its mono-material style. The handleless units have three opening systems: hinged doors, pull-out drawers and coplanar sliding doors, all accessible with an inconspicuous handle rail. This bar comes in various finishes, for a seamless visual effect, it’s recessed between the countertop and the front panel.
Free Zone configurations are ample and customisable, with washbasins compatible with the square countertop and available in different types, including top mount, undermount and flush mount. The design solutions of C.R.S. Boffi include a floating tall cabinet with door that perfectly complements the units.
Refined materials such as varnishes, timbers, stone, composites, glass, and metals offer a wide range of choices for customising the bathroom décor. Among the novelties the standouts are the MDi composite by Inalco, and the solid timber finishes Freehand and Shades, which confer a distinctive, luxurious character to the bathroom.
The overarching philosophy of the Free Zone bathroom is to offer solutions with an understated style, yet high performing, where minimalism meets the ultimate definition of convenience. The outcome is a minimalist designer space that is a pleasure to utilise as well as admire.

Polyester lacquering involves applying multiple coats of paint to MDF panels, which are then sanded and polished with abrasive wax brushes. This creates an ultra-glossy, near-mirror finish (95 gloss). It is highly durable and virtually waterproof. While its non-absorbent surface can scratch, it is easily repaired by re-smoothing, re-polishing, or adding touch-up material.
