The merger: Boffi, De Padova, ADL
We would like to inform you that, by the end of the year, Boffi, De Padova and ADL will merge into a single corporate entity.
The merger represents a strategic step aimed at further consolidating the Way of Living project, first initiated with the acquisition of De Padova in 2015 and followed by the purchase of ADL in 2019.
This course of action has allowed the Group to develop a comprehensive and integrated contemporary furniture offering marked by consistency and quality.
Each brand will continue to express its distinctive identity and creative talents within its respective collections while the new corporate entity will operate under the name Boffi|DePadova.
This move allows greater efficiencies and operational synergies and fulfils the aim of accelerating the international development of the project.
